Yard Safety

•For everyone’s safety, all customers must remain at least 10 feet away from loaders and operating equipment at all times.

•Please remain inside your vehicle unless directed otherwise by a staff member.

•Do not walk beside or behind moving equipment.

Loading Policy

•Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle or trailer is suitable for safely hauling materials.

•Crestwood Mulch Supply is not responsible for damages caused by overloading or unsecured loads after departure.

•No loading will take place during lightning or severe weather conditions.

Product Information

•Mulch is sold by the yard.

•Rock, topsoil, and salt are sold by the ton.

•All sales are final. No refunds or returns once materials have been loaded or delivered.

Property & Liability

•Entering the yard is at your own risk.

• Crestwood Mulch Supply is not liable for accidents, injuries, tire damage, trailer damage, or vehicle damage occurring on yard property unless caused by gross negligence.
